Website
update submission guidelines:

Submitted
content will be reviewed by Mr. Raymond
Archer prior to webpage development. The
update will then be previewed by the party
requesting the website update. If the
website update meets the requesting party's
requirements the update is applied to
the live website.
Please review the guidelines below for
sending request for website updates.
- Always
include the complete website address
of a webpage you seek to update or discuss
for example:(http://www.howard.edu/alumni/HUAA/HUAAbenefits.htm)
- All
content (text,images and graphics) must
be submitted electronically (CD-ROM,
flash drive or email).

All images/pictures must be properly
labelled. Provide complete website address
of webpage where image must be inserted.
- All
textual content must be provided in
Microsoft Word format and properly formatted
in terms of headers and titles and coloring.
Images must be inserted into the Microsoft
Word document at the appropriate locations.
