Operations Departments and Offices
The operations of Howard University are comprised of several offices managing human resources and services, commercial enterprise, technology, facilities oversight and real estate management, environmental and emergency management, public safety, and undergraduate admissions.
University Operations reflects the tenets of the Howard Forward strategic plan by supporting efficient and effective system infrastructure throughout the university. University operations are led by Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Tashni-Ann Dubroy.
