Office of International Programs

The Office of International Programs (OIP) leads Howard University's global engagement — building high-impact partnerships, expanding study abroad and international opportunities for students, and advancing Howard's role as a leader in Black internationalization. Our portfolio includes the Ralph J. Bunche International Affairs Center, Office of International Student Services, Center for African Studies, and Center for Women, Gender and Global Leadership. Together, we coordinate international strategy across the university, support a growing community of international students and scholars, and connect Howard's mission of excellence to a global community of leaders, partners, and institutions.
