End of the Fall Semester and Preparing for Spring 2026

As we close out the Fall 2025 semester, the Enrollment Management team is here to help you finish strong and start the new year with clarity and confidence. Use this page as your hub for key dates, office hours, registration guidance, and everything you need to prepare for a successful Spring 2026 semester.

Key Office Contacts

Office Hours and Holiday Closures (Dec–Jan)

Regular Office Hours (December 1 - December 17)

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • In-person and virtual services available.

Winter Break Hours

Enrollment Management offices will observe University holiday closures from December 18 - January 2.

During this time:

  • No in-person services will be available.
  • Processing may experience slight delays.

We encourage students to submit time-sensitive requests by December 8.

January Re-Opening

To support students at the start of the semester, Enrollment Management will offer the Solution Hub Monday-Friday from January 5th-30th between the hours of 10:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.

  • Walk-in support available for the Offices of Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, and Registrar
  • Additional triage support for students with questions regarding spring enrollment
  • Priority assistance for students who need registration assistance and support for resolving their balance holds

Full schedule will be listed on our website in early January.

End-of-Semester Essentials

Final Grade Timeline

Final grades for Fall 2025 will be submitted by instructors by December 17. Students can expect grades to begin appearing in BisonHub as they are posted.

  • If you believe there is an error with your final grade, please contact your instructor first.
  • Grade changes must be submitted by the instructor.

Important End-of-Semester Reminders

Before leaving for break, take a moment to:

  • Check your holds (conduct, financial, academic, medical,).
  • Ensure you have an emergency contact listed in BisonHub.
  • Update your contact information (local address and phone number) in BisonHub.
  • Review your Third Party Permissions (access to your student account and academic record) in BisonHub.
    • Visit the Friends and Families page on the BisonHub website to review resources for enabling your third party proxies access to your account.
      • For friends and families to support you regarding making payments or payment arrangements, you must give permission and access to these systems for your designated third party proxies. In order to fully enable these permissions and grant your friends and family the ability to access your student account, you must grant your proxy permissions in both BisonHub (powered by Workday) and ePay (TouchNet).
  • Connect with your academic advisor if you have concerns about enrollment for next semester.

Important Over Break Reminders

Over the winter break, take a moment to: 

  • Review your bill and resolve any outstanding balance. The Spring 2026 charge assessment is December 1, 2025 and billing due date is December 29, 2025.
  • Review your financial aid package and accept any aid not already in “Accepted” status that you wish to be applied to your account.
  • If you accept Federal Subsidized or Unsubsidized Loans, ensure all required action items are completed (e.g., entrance counseling, master promissory note).
  • Complete any financial aid action items in your To-Do List (such as verification forms, loan counseling, or other required documents).
  • For undergraduates who plan to use the Parent PLUS Loan, confirm your parent (and their endorser, if applicable) has completed the PLUS Loan application.
  • Confirm Tuition Benefits, Discounts, or External Scholarships (where applicable)
  • Make payment of any balance that will not be covered by third party payments or financial aid.
  • Review your academic standing and financial aid satisfactory academic progress once these processes have been run. You will receive notification once these processes have completed.
What to Expect in January (Start of Spring Semester)

Spring 2026 Registration Overview

If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time. Students should complete registration before arriving on campus in January.

  • Review the Spring 2026 schedule of classes
  • Ensure prerequisites are met
  • Resolve any holds that prevent registration
  • Connect with your academic advisor if you need support
Add/Drop and Withdrawal Deadlines

Key Dates:

  • Add/Drop Ends: February 1, 2026
  • Last Day to Drop Without a W: February 1, 2026
  • Withdrawal Deadline: April 10, 2026

We encourage students to review their schedule carefully during Add/Drop to avoid schedule conflicts and ensure you’re on track toward degree completion.

Clearing Holds Before January

Common holds include:

  • Past Due Balance
  • Final high school/college transcripts
  • Immunizations
  • Student Conduct

Visit BisonHub to view and resolve holds as early as possible—this prevents long lines and extended wait times during the first few weeks of the semester.
